Join a leading law firm renowned for its exceptional work in the healthcare and life sciences sector. This company offers an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and enthusiastic Legal PA to support a busy and approachable team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly invoicing, ensuring compliance with client requirements and liaising with the Credit Control team on queries.
- Assist with client on-boarding, including arranging Letters of Engagement and maintaining e-files.
- Provide accurate typing and production of emails, documents, and correspondence.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for team members.
- Support business development activities and manage client relationship databases.
- Handle extensive diary and email management, proactively taking action where needed.
- Create and coordinate PowerPoint presentations and arrange meetings, including MS Teams calls.
- Manage expenses and update lawyers’ CPD records.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years as a Legal PA supporting senior staff in a professional services environment.
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Familiarity with document management systems (e.g., iManage platform) is a plus.
- Highly organised, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Demonstrated discretion and trust in handling confidential information.
- Proven ability to handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
