You will have the opportunity to work with high-profile projects and develop your skillset, as well as pay a key role in your very own career path with company support.Roles / Goals for results:The successful candidate will be responsible for administration duties for the Grounds Maintenance Department.This is a part-time role, initially 20 hours per week (increasing to 30 hours per week in 6-12 months and 40 hours per week over a 12-24 month period, subject to a probationary period)Location: Maynooth, Co. KildarePosition: Part Time Administrator – Maintenance DepartmentThis job description outlines some of the duties and responsibilities that are associated with your role but it is by no means an exhaustive list and may be amended as the management of the company directs.Key Responsibilities:Assisting with administration duties relating to the operational works of all sub divisions of the Maintenance Department.General upkeep and maintenance of company tablets; Updating documents, sending out communications, reviewing and improving ways of working, using new technology.Cover of Administration duties when team members are absent.Liaising with the Finance Department in relation to monthly invoices and annual quotes to clients.Generating job codes and setting up contracts associated with new works.Assisting management with our driver license and upskilling program.Supporting winter services administration.Monitoring and managing company mobile phones.Answering incoming calls / forwarding email queries, taking messages, redirecting calls and emails to the relevant departments.Adhering to clients site rules and regulations in general and in particular in relation to Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality.Ad hoc administration duties.SAP Landscapes are an equal opportunities employer.Package:Salary: €15,600 / based on 20 hours per weekPart Time Role (Initially)Annual BonusLaptop/PhoneCompany eventsCompany pension (T&C's Apply)EAP Programme (Employee Assistance Programme)Bike to work scheme (T&C's Apply)On-site free parkingQualifications & Skills Required:Previous administration experience.Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and other office software systems.Strong knowledge of using tablets and phones.Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills with the ability to drive change and adapt to different working environments.Excellent problem-solving skills.Good attention to detail whilst working to deadlines.Ability to prioritise numerous tasks to ensure the smooth day to day running of the Maintenance Department.Ensure work is of a high standard that is expected in SAP Landscapes.Ability to work well in a team environment, assisting colleagues as required.
