The role
The Mobile Store Manager is a dynamic role that will require the successful candidate to be proactive in problem-solving and flexible, responding to business needs. The role will involve providing on-the-ground management in stores and working with RSMs/DSMs to identify opportunities to drive results across the division.
What To Expect From The Role
The role focuses on three key elements:
* Revenue Driving: Supporting key stores to increase revenue, motivating the in-store team to meet and exceed targets, and delivering excellent customer service.
* Operational and Customer Service Excellence: Leading operational standards and influencing store teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* People Focus: Onboarding, inducting, and developing store management, providing management cover where needed.
The successful candidate
This role requires flexibility and proactivity. The ideal candidate will be a capable people leader and team player, capable of driving results in ambiguous circumstances. Prior store management experience and alignment with our core values of dreaming, daring, caring, and delivering are essential.
An ideal candidate will have:
* Ability to travel extensively across the division
* Willingness to be away from home occasionally during the week
* Proven experience in driving sales and profitability in a high-turnover store
* Operational excellence
* Understanding of Pandora’s business strategies and ability to translate them into KPIs
* Experience using data to identify trends and take action
* Strong communication skills for collaboration
* Adaptability to changing business needs
* A positive attitude and enthusiasm for Pandora’s products and values
* Ability to deliver results in uncertain situations
