As a Business Development Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients.

What you'll do:
Work closely with Account Executives to plan and carry out outreach strategies
Identify high‑potential companies that would benefit from our solution
Reach out to prospects through email, phone, and social media
Test and improve messaging across different industries and buyer types
Help create new opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline
What we're looking for
Fluency in German and English
Some experience in sales, sales development or lead generation role (inbound or outbound)
Motivated by goals and excited about exceeding targets
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
What's on offer
First‑year earnings of €67,000 OTE (with a base salary of €43,500)
Full‑time, permanent contract
