Role Overview
The Senior Delivery Manager will oversee the management of a high-performing team of Azure managed service consultants across Ireland, the UK, and India.
Key Responsibilities
1. Optimize our Strategic Triangle – Customer Satisfaction, Employee Engagement, and Profitability to drive business growth
2. Develop and execute monthly and quarterly forecasts of team costs and project revenues to inform strategic decisions
3. Monitor actual performance against forecasts, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to ensure seamless delivery
4. Collaborate with leadership and account teams to develop and execute account strategies that drive revenue growth
5. Contribute to service design and support service implementation to deliver exceptional customer experiences
6. Support presales activities, including bids, tenders, and presentations to secure new business opportunities
7. Manage customer escalations, issues, and requirements to maintain positive relationships
8. Identify and pursue Continual Service Improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
9. Achieve targets for customer satisfaction and service improvement to meet business objectives
10. Explore opportunities for additional work within existing clients and collaborate with sales to develop new business opportunities
