The Hillgrove Hotel & Spa, part of The iNUA Collection, is seeking a passionate and professional Receptionist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
Responsibilities:
* Welcome guests warmly, creating a positive first impression.
* Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, process payments, and follow company procedures.
* Provide exceptional customer service, handle inquiries, and resolve issues professionally.
* Manage switchboard operations, direct calls, and provide guest information.
* Keep the reception area clean and organized.
* Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and photocopying as needed.
Qualifications:
* Experience in hospitality, preferably in a hotel setting.
* Passion for exceeding guest expectations and delivering excellent service.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse guests.
* Organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Proficiency with PMS systems like HotSoft and/or Opera.
