Key Responsibilities

* Lead and supervise staff, ensuring excellent customer service and store standards
* Manage stock control, including ordering, rotation, and inventory management
* Ensure consistent health, safety, and hygiene standards
Requirements
* 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or team lead role
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
* Excellent leadership and communication abilities
* Ambition to progress into a full management role
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
