Join us to make legends happenTHE ROLEThe Porter/Dishwasher is responsible for the delivery, maintaining, stocking, cleaning, and ensuring that there is a sufficient supply of products in the food & beverage areas. Services to include assistance in setup or breaking functions as needed.ESSENTIAL DUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIESMonitors stock levels, obtains supplies and equipment as requested per venueWash all china, glassware and silverwareClean all equipment, pots and pansStore all equipment in proper locationsSweep and mop all floors in the kitchenPerforms and assists with routine inventory on a daily basis of all required stock per area of responsibilityTransport food and equipment in a timely mannerUnderstands the importance of prompt and efficient serviceAssist with emptying pallets and stocking storeroom and side stationsAssisting members in a timely, efficient and professional mannerFulfill the assigned opening and closing dutiesSet up and maintain a clean, neat and safe work areaSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESn/aQUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with energy and enthusiasm.
