Business Assistant


We are hiring a reliable, highly organized Business Assistant to support a US-based business owner across administrative, project management, client communication, and marketing coordination.

This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, comfortable with structure, and able to follow through consistently. You will work closely with Carrie and her team to ensure smooth daily operations, timely communication, and well-organized systems.

This is a long-term role for someone who wants stability, accountability, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing calendar and inbox
* Handling client communication via calls, texts, and messaging systems
* Relaying client updates and requests to internal team members
* Organizing and maintaining Google Drive
* Setting up and managing projects in Asana
* Creating and updating SOPs and internal process documentation
* Connecting with potential referral partners and clients on LinkedIn
* Outreach to potential FemCity North Orlando members and guests (LinkedIn & Facebook)
* Managing communication and content coordination for FemCity North Orlando
* Scheduling email marketing campaigns
* Scheduling blogs / Substack articles
* Following up with potential clients and referral partners
* Sending proposal emails, follow-ups, agreements, and invoices
* Sending onboarding emails to new clients
* Scheduling YouTube videos and podcast episodes
* Assisting with light video and podcast editing

Candidate Requirements:

* Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar Business Assistant / Virtual Assistant role supporting US clients
* Excellent level of spoken and written English (9/10) and exceptional communication skills
* Recent experience working night shifts from home, and no history of jumping jobs
* Strong knowledge (8/10+) of Google Suite, MS Office, Asana or Trello or
* Understanding of business operations, finance, or sales processes
