Key Client Service Manager
This senior role will oversee the delivery of high-quality client services, ensuring that they meet and exceed customer expectations.
* The successful candidate will formulate and implement key client service programs, fostering strong relationships with clients and driving business growth.
* Liaising closely with operational teams, they will ensure awareness of key client requirements, ensuring seamless service delivery.
* Frequent client visits will enable the evaluation of service quality and identification of client priorities, informing strategic decision-making.
* In addition to resolving complex client issues, this role will manage escalations and complaints within the team and department, maintaining a positive client experience.
* Account Managers will receive guidance and support in running their teams, while the Key Client Service Manager will participate in reviewing procedures and policies to ensure adherence.
* Clients will be informed regarding reporting requirements and deadlines, while risks associated with current and potential new funds under administration will be continuously assessed.
* Issues/concerns will be identified and solutions recommended for high-risk projects, with operational risks managed and reported on status and key development issues.
About You
* A Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline, or professional accounting designation (ACA CIMA, ACCA), is essential.
* 7-10 years of experience in Financial Services, preferably in Product Control, Operations, or Fund Accounting environments within Private Equity, is required.
* Strong technical knowledge of Private Equity Fund Accounting is mandatory.
* Negotiation, business planning, and budgeting skills are vital.
* Familiarity with Investran or other Private Equity software packages is highly advantageous.
* Experience in developing/implementing/optimizing business processes and projects is necessary.
* Knowledge of International GAAP/IFRS Accounting Principles is required.
* Strong leadership and supervisory experience is essential.
* Superior written and verbal communication skills are required.
* Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Excel) are necessary.
