Key responsibilities include managing key programmes across EV adoption, fuel solutions, and AI-driven optimisation projects, ensuring milestones are met and customer success is delivered.
* Develop and lead a high-performing Fuel Transitions team to deliver against growth and retention targets.
* Act as the senior point of contact for a portfolio of customers, ensuring their transition journeys are supported and successful.
* Oversee delivery of key projects — setting clear goals, tracking progress, and reporting results.
* Identify opportunities to introduce the full product suite, strengthening customer loyalty and profitability.
* Adapt communication and engagement methods to suit diverse customer needs.
* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support strategic business objectives.
