Position Overview
As an Energy Engineer, you will coordinate with solutions design specialists and present to and advise customers on CoolPlanet's analysis of energy performance as part of the CoolPlanet Operations Team.
You will provide engineering support across all project stages but with particular focus on the Measurement and Verification of Energy Conservation Measures. You will work within our Operations team and grow professionally in a fun, hardworking and team-oriented environment.
You will conduct original quantitative and qualitative analysis of data collected at our central data repository. As a part of the Operations Team, analyse and formulate views of energy usage, energy efficiency and operational functioning of equipment and processes on client sites.
Energy Engineer candidate profile:

* Experience (2+ years) in an Engineering Role
* Proven analytical capabilities – both qualitative and quantitative – and comfort with generating energy analysis
* Ability to take complex, disparate ideas and distil them into simple, provocative concepts
* A background in mechanical, electrical engineering or building services would be a bonus, or in the use of advanced mathematical analysis
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
* Excellent interpersonal skills

Location: Our office is based in Powerscourt House, Co. Wicklow. We offer a hybrid working model of 3 days on-site with the opportunity to work flexibly.
