You'll play a key role in implementing our own marketing initiatives, from content creation and event coordination to developing materials that reflect our expertise in retail media and commerce marketing.You'll also support the creation of presentations and marketing collateral for client work, combining strong creative thinking with attention to detail and design consistency. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, collaboration, and getting things done in a fast-moving, creative environment.Key Responsibilities• Plan, prepare, and publish engaging content for ReAction's LinkedIn page, newsletters, and other owned channels.• Support the creation of case studies, credentials decks, and thought-leadership content.• Update and maintain the ReAction website with fresh, relevant content.• Coordinate the organisation of ReAction events and sponsorship activations.• Maintain and update ReAction's marketing collateral and templates, ensuring all materials adhere to brand guidelines.• Create and update PowerPoint presentations and materials for client meetings and new business pitches.• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing content reflects ReAction's positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity.• Monitor performance of marketing activity and help identify ways to improve engagement and impact.The Person• Experience in a marketing or communications role, ideally within an agency or B2B environment.• Strong creative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail.• Highly proficient in PowerPoint and a good working knowledge of Excel.• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or Canva is a distinct advantage.• Confident working with content management systems and email marketing tools.• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.• Curious, proactive, and results-focused, with a genuine interest in marketing, design, and retail media.BenefitsCompetitive salary, commensurate with experience.Company Pension and Health Insurance schemes.Generous discretionary bonus scheme.Generous annual leave entitlement.Hybrid working.LocationDublin (Sandyford).
