Job Description
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the performance of our insurance sales team. This includes providing necessary coaching, development and support to staff, allocating targets in a manner that ensures all staff have the opportunity to excel, achieve and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the performance of the insurance sales team
• Provide necessary coaching, development and support to staff
• Allocate targets in a manner that ensures all staff have the opportunity to excel, achieve and exceed targets
• Work with other branch managers to best utilise shared resources
• Grow revenue through direct selling and account management
• Target customer segments in various business sectors and develop prospecting strategies to maximise penetration and/or build on success
• Develop customer relationships and sales opportunities
Requirements:
• Proven track record in sales and performance management within an insurance broker or insurance company
• Full, clean Irish driving licence required
• CIP qualification at a minimum is an absolute requirement
