Quick learner and an eye for detail· Consistently seeks to understand clients' needs and preferences to deliver personalized and exceptional service· Goes above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing concerns and providing solutions· Demonstrates genuine care and empathy towards clients, fostering strong and trusting relationships· Collaborates with colleagues to share insights and best practices, contributing to a positive and supportive team environment· Displays a curious mindset, constantly seeking opportunities to learn and grow professionally· Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to navigate complex client relationships and challenging situations· Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Monday, HubSpot, Office suite) and other relevant tools/software· A customer-centric and results-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and driving client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth· Excellent communication skills, fluent English in both verbal and written· Excellent inter-personal and project management skills· Have good understanding and knowledge of customer success and have technical aptitude and ability to learn software programmes and systems quickly· By exhibiting these behavioural indicators, the Client Success Team Membercontributes to creating a positive and client-centric culture while embracing the core values of the organizationKey Responsibilities:· Responsible for managing a group of specific clients from different sectors to inform, advise and guide them through the survey set up process from registration to results output· Contact clients to arrange survey set up call through multiple channels (phone, email, virtual)· Discuss with the client the steps of survey set-up, launch and close using bespoke survey system/platform. CRM and HubSpot. Organise access to our systems for each client· Manage all data including, maintaining, correcting, collating, interrogating, validating and processing data utilising our bespoke survey platform· Compile and review all data results, reports and preparation of word/PowerPoint and Excel reporting· For each step, update all internal systems (CRM system, HubSpot, bespoke survey system), tracking each action taken in accordance with the agreed SLA· Liaise with external stakeholders, global affiliates and internal team members and wider group and provide updates of each deliverable· Deal effectively with customer correspondence, telephone calls or any other means of communication in relation to survey queries and follow up· Attend and participate in Client Success weekly team meetings as well as other departmental meetings, attend regular company catch up's and meetings· Actively participate in innovation and change management in the approach to best practice within the department· May be required to attend company events and assisting team members when set up and organisingHealthA candidate for and any person holding the office must be fully competent and capable of undertaking the duties attached to the office and be in a state of health such as would indicate a reasonable prospect of ability to render regular and efficient service.Qualifications· A proven track record of building client relationships virtually or face to face· A minimum of professional work experience from 1-2 years working in directly with clients.· Education/Formal Training: BA, BSc required; Any Master's Degree would be a distinct advantageTerms of employment:Your appointment is subject to the satisfactory completion of a probationary period of 6 months. A review of the role and progression will take place at eight weeksHours of work – 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday2 days holidays per monthRemote Role. In person team meetings as required in Dublin. Ireland.
