Our client, an industry-leading manufacturer, is recruiting for a Credit Control Administrator to join their team.
This role, which has come about due to internal promotion, will see the successful candidate learn and grow with the business and be involved in multiple projects to further develop their skills.
Responsibilities
Process customer payments
Manage and respond to customer queries
Maintain credit control administration
Daily bank payments
Investigate and resolve queries relating to non-payment of invoices
Take responsibility for order releases for ledgers
Ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
1-2 years credit control administrative experience
Previous SAP experience is highly advantageous
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised with high attention to detail and ability to work on own initiative
Proactive, positive and excellent team player
