Key Responsibilities Lead the UI/UX design process for complex digital platforms and productsCreate comprehensive user experiences from research through to final implementationDevelop and maintain design systems that scale across enterprise applicationsWork directly with stakeholders and development teams to deliver high-impact solutionsDrive usability testing and user research initiativesCreate high-fidelity prototypes and detailed interaction specificationsEnsure accessibility compliance and optimal user experience across all platformsSkills & Qualifications Degree level or 3rd level qualification in Design, UX, Computer Science, or related field3+ years of proven UI/UX design experience with enterprise-level projectsProficiency in Figma and modern design toolsExperience creating and maintaining design systemsStrong understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologiesPrevious track record of shipping successful digital productsTechnical Requirements Advanced proficiency in FigmaExperience with prototyping tools (Adobe XD plus others)Understanding of frontend development principlesKnowledge of WCAG accessibility standardsExperience with user testing platforms and methodologiesCompany Overview Hellios is a leading supplier information and risk management company operating in the financial services and defence industry.
