AuxiliaGroup Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Planner on behalf of our client, an established company within the pharmaceutical sector. This is a permanent opportunity based in Dublin. The role will offer a hybrid working model.Job Role:Maintain long‑term SKU-level forecasts and provide monthly rolling forecasts to suppliers.To create, issue, and monitor purchase orders, ensuring accuracy of quantities, pricing, and delivery dates.Monitor daily stock levels and assess coverage against customer demand, sales forecasts, and contractual commitments.Analyse variances, highlight emerging risks, and recommend mitigation plans to ensure continuity of supply.Build strong relationships with Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Commercial, and Finance stakeholders.Maintain complete and accurate operational documentation in line with SOPs.Requirements:2+ years' experience in supply chain planning required.Educational qualifications within Supply Chain or similar.Strong Excel proficiency.Commercial awareness and analytical ability.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
