Job Overview:
We currently have a vacancy for a Company Secretarial Assistant based at the Group Head Office in Kingscourt. This is an exciting opportunity for you to join a fast growing, highly acquisitive publicly listed group. You will work as an integral part of the Group Company Secretary team, providing support across a wide range of activities. This role will provide confidential secretarial support to the Company secretarial team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsibility for managing changes to directors and officers in group companies and ensuring the appropriate statutory registers are up to date.
* Preparation and timely submission of CRO/Companies House/other statutory filings.
* Assistance with the preparation of board minutes and resolutions.
* Providing company secretarial support for managing corporate documentation.
* Manage, maintain & update the company secretarial data base.
* Assisting the Company Secretarial and Compliance Team with due diligence processes including responding to Know Your Client and anti-money laundering documentation requests.
* Ad-hoc Company Secretarial Duties
* Required to deal with confidential material in a professional manner
Qualifications:
Education:
·Bachelor’s degree in Law or Corporate Governance or Finance, or a related field be, is an advantage.
Skills:
·At least 2+ years of experience working in a Company Secretary Assistant Role.
·Experience with company secretary software such as Diligent Entities, Blueprint, GEMS, Board Intelligence is an advantage.
·Strong organisational and time management skills.
·Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
·Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
·High attention to detail, with the ability to ensure data accuracy across all tasks.
·Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
