About the Role
We are seeking an Organisation Design Analyst to join a busy People & Sustainability function, supporting the management and governance of organisational structures across a large and complex business.
This role will play a key part in ensuring organisation design changes are accurately implemented, maintained, and reflected across HR systems. Working closely with HR Business Partners, People Operations, Finance, and senior stakeholders, you will support organisational restructures, workforce reporting, data governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, organisation design, or HR systems who enjoys working with data, stakeholders, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage organisation design changes and restructures, ensuring consistency and integrity across organisational structures.
Review and validate organisation design requests against established governance and organisation design principles.
Maintain organisation structure data within OrgVue and ensure all approved changes are accurately reflected.
Work closely with HR and People Operations teams to ensure organisational updates are implemented correctly across HR systems.
Lead monthly reconciliation activities between workforce planning and HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Produce and distribute organisation structure, workforce, and headcount reports to HR, Finance, and senior leadership teams.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across organisation design processes, governance, and reporting.
Assist with organisation design projects and capability‑building initiatives as required.
Skills & Experience
Minimum 3 years' experience in HR Analytics, Organisation Design, Workforce Planning, HR Operations, or a related HR systems role.
Experience working with OrgVue or similar workforce analytics and organisation design tools.
Advanced Excel skills, including:
Data Validation
Large Dataset Analysis
Strong analytical skills with the ability to reconcile data across multiple systems.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data quality and governance.
Strong stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating across HR, business functions, and senior leadership teams.
Understanding of organisation design principles, including spans and layers, governance, organisational structures, and role clarity.
Experience working with HR systems such as SAP or other HRIS platforms.
Previous experience supporting organisational change or restructuring initiatives.
Formal training or certification in OrgVue or similar organisation design tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, or a related discipline.
Working Arrangements
Dublin 2 based.
Initially two days onsite per week, with increased onsite collaboration expected later in the contract.
Contract duration through to December 2026.
