The market within which RT e9 operates is constantly evolving. In the next decade, RT e9 will transform into an innovative, IP-based public service media provider. This exciting transition will make RT e9 fully integrated, digital-native, and personalised, offering new ways to meet the evolving needs of diverse audiences across a variety of devices.
The Opportunity
Reporting into the Director General of RT e9, and as a key member of the RT e9 Leadership Team, the Chief People Officer influences business strategy and fosters a high-performance culture. Responsibilities include:

Act as a strategic advisor to the Leadership Team on all people-related matters.
Lead HR transformation initiatives aligned with RT e9
09s strategic goals.
Partner with senior leadership to shape and execute strategic workforce planning.
Maintain strong relationships with trade unions and employee representatives.
Champion a values-driven culture that supports diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications / Welcome applications from candidates who possess:

At least 10 years in a senior leadership role in a complex, significantly sized organisation.
Appreciation of complex employee relations environments with unionised colleagues.
Proven track record of successful HR strategy implementation and change management, analysis, and reporting.
Proven commercial acumen and linking HR strategy to business strategies.
Understanding of compensation, benefits, and employee engagement.
Ability to influence and challenge others at all levels in an organisation.
Effective at developing and maintaining senior stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.
