Automotive Parts Coordinator
We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Parts Coordinator to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in the motor industry who is looking for a new challenge.
The Role:
· Coordinate and process stock deliveries, ensuring accurate receipt and storage of inventory.
· Maintain accurate sales and returns documentation, including tracking customer transactions and managing cash and credit.
· Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to internal and external customer inquiries.
· Liaise with suppliers to place orders and negotiate prices to maximize profitability.
· Collaborate with colleagues to maintain up-to-date stock listings and parts catalogues.
· Participate in marketing initiatives to promote products and services.
· Adhere to company security policies at all times.
· Mentor junior staff members and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
· Foster strong relationships with colleagues across departments, including sales, service, and administration.
· Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement changes that drive efficiency and growth.
Requirements:
· Previous experience in a similar role within the motor industry.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Familiarity with inventory management systems.
