Generation Y wish to recruit a highly organised, motivated person to help the planning and organisation of events and promotions. Generation Y is Ireland's only integrated through the line youth marketing agency. You're probably more familiar with us as Ireland's most popular student website, Generation Y also runs The National Student Media Awards.
The successful candidate will help coordinate various campaigns and help manage the organisation and development of the National Student Media Awards, national sampling campaigns, and much more. You will also be in charge of helping with all promotions for our wide range of clients. An ability to be innovative and to work on your own while an integral part of our team is crucial.
Role:
* On & off campus promotions, nationwide, on behalf of our clients.
* Organisation of a national event.
* Project organising and development of the National Student Media Awards.
* Fulfill marketing and administration duties as required by the company.
* Office management & general admin
Experience required:
* A business / marketing / events degree is essential.
* Masters student preferred
* Highly organised with an attention for detail.
* Previous experience is advantageous.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience preparing, monitoring and managing a large event.
* Responsible and hard-working, able to lead by example.
* Ability to work smart in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
* Must be capable of working on his/her own initiative.
