Dedicated and results-driven Payroll Specialist sought to join our team in Dublin 2.


About the Role

As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for overseeing the timely processing of payroll, ensuring accuracy of payments and deductions in accordance with agreed guidelines and relevant legislation.

You will manage all Revenue activities including RPNs, payroll submissions and ERR submissions. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing EHEC CSO data on a quarterly basis and completing weekly and monthly payroll and Revenue reconciliations to ensure compliance and accuracy.


Your Responsibilities

1. Oversee and support the team with the timely processing of payroll.
2. Ensure accuracy of payments and deductions in accordance with agreed guidelines and relevant legislation.
3. Manage all Revenue activities including RPNs, payroll submissions and ERR submissions.
4. Manage EHEC CSO data on a quarterly basis.
5. Complete weekly and monthly payroll and Revenue reconciliations.
6. Prepare bank files for payment and produce accurate payroll reports for Finance teams.
7. Support the team in answering store queries as required.
8. Manage pensions administration and liaise with pension providers as required.
9. Investigate and resolve issues accurately and confidentially.


The Ideal Candidate

* 3-5+ years' experience in a professional payroll role.
* IPASS qualification or equivalent is desirable.
* Experience processing multi-entity and/or large-scale payrolls in Ireland.
* Comprehensive understanding of Irish and UK payroll legislation and statutory reporting requirements, including pensions.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Demonstrated problem-solving and coaching skills.
* Collaborative mindset that supports working independently or as part of a team.
* Strong computer skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
* Experience working with Oracle HCM, Payroll and Discoverer is desirable.
* High attention to detail and numerical proficiency.
