Job Summary
The Team Leader will play a crucial role in leading a dynamic team within Uniphar MedTech's operations.
The role involves supervising, mentoring, and developing team members while ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
The Team Leader will collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals, streamline processes, and maintain high product quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of [number] individuals to achieve daily and long-term goals.
Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and coach team members for professional growth and operational effectiveness.

Operational Oversight
Oversee daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Ensure production schedules and deadlines are met.
Work with the Warehouse Manager to assess resources and identify bottlenecks.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure operations comply with industry regulations.
Maintain high standards for product quality, safety, and regulatory adherence.
Implement corrective actions when necessary.
Process Improvement
Identify and implement process optimizations to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Drive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives.
Support operational efficiency, productivity, and cost reduction efforts.
Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and other teams to resolve issues and improve workflows.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of production metrics, team performance, and operational challenges.
Prepare reports for senior management on progress and achievements.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
Certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Quality Management are a plus.
3-5 years of leadership experience in MedTech, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industries.
Experience in regulated environments, familiar with ISO *****, FDA regulations, CE Marking.
Technical Skills
Understanding of MedTech products and manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality practices.
Proficient in ERP systems (NAV, Microsoft Dynamics).
Leadership & Management Skills
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience mentoring team members, strong problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Soft Skills
Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and organize effectively.
