For our client, a leading Irish food, and convenience retailer in Co. Louth, Ireland, we are looking for a Deputy Store Supervisor.
Candidate information/requirements:
? The ideal candidate will have at least three years of work experience in a customer-facing role, including (convenience/grocery) stores, as well as fast foods, canteens, etc.
? Prior experience in a supervisor and team-leading position
? Excellent customer service, good communication, and organizational skills
? The ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi-task under pressure
? The ability to organise work, delegate responsibilities and support team members in the store
? Prior experience in sales would be advantageous
? A good level of English is required
About the job:
? Permanent, full-time position
? If moving to Ireland from abroad, you will be provided with accommodation.
For the first 6 weeks accommodation will be free of charge, after that it will be 500€ per month per person.
You would stay in the two bedroom apartment in Dundalk.
? Salary after tax in Ireland for this Deputy Shop Supervisor role will be around 2.800 € net per month + BONUS (40.000 € gross; before tax, per year) for 40 hours per week
? Salary is paid weekly on an hourly basis (approximately 645 € net per week)
? ??Your duties will be: Liaise with the day management/supervisors on any changes to layouts and ensure changes are correctly implemented; set the standard for other employees in relation to rotation, merchandising and facing off; assist in the induction, training and development of employees; deal with all customer queries efficiently, professionally and consistent with store policy; engage with new initiatives and embrace new ways of working, making roster, opening and closing the store…
