Social Care Worker Residential Services Dublin North West 3Q Recruitment is seeking Social Care Workers to join residential services supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities in Dublin North West. This is a structured, person-centred environment where you will support individuals to live independently and participate actively in their communities. Both full-time and part-time roles are available. Permanent Full-Time: 39 hours per week Part-Time: 19.5 hours per week Salary: €40,851 €57,217 (pro-rata, based on relevant public sector experience) The Role As a Social Care Worker, you will provide hands-on support within a residential setting, ensuring high standards of care, safety, and compliance. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred supports that promote independence and wellbeing. Key Responsibilities Deliver person-centred care in line with individual support plans Support daily living activities, personal care, and hygiene standards Encourage independence, choice, and active participation in the community Assist individuals in developing skills, interests, and personal goals Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive residential environment Work collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals Ensure compliance with HIQA standards, the Health Act 2007, and organisational policies Maintain accurate records and reporting in line with regulatory requirements Requirements Level 7 or higher in a CORU-recognised Social Care qualification Valid CORU registration or proof of application Full, clean driving licence (driving service vehicles is required) Experience working in an intellectual disability setting Knowledge of HIQA standards, the Health Act 2007, and regulatory requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to support individuals to develop skills and pursue their interests Garda Vetting is mandatory for relevant roles.
