Sales Advisor - B2C Department: Telesales Employment Type: Full Time Location: Dublin 18 Compensation: €32,000 - €47,000 / year Description About the Role Are you goal-oriented, target-driven, and ready to take your sales skills to the next level? As a Telesales Agent at PrepayPower, you'll be part of a team that's all about hitting targets and growing together. In this role, you will be reaching out to potential customers across Ireland, building relationships, identifying needs, and converting warm and cold leads into loyal customers. Package on offer: On-Target Earnings (OTE): €47,000 with uncapped earning potential Annual Leave: 21 days, increasing with the length of service Free catered breakfast on Fridays & Regular fruit drops, twice a week Monthly Beer and Pizza on the first Friday of each month. Excellent career progression opportunities in a growing company with strong market growth Great staff social events provided by employee-led Wellness & Sports and Social committees New and modern office with excellent facilities in Sandyford, Dublin 18 And More (See full list of benefits below) What Your Day Looks Like Conducting outbound and inbound sales calls to current and prospective customers Manage and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs as agreed with your line manager Track and analyse customer acquisition metrics Handle objections professionally to secure successful outcomes Provide ad-hoc customer service over the phone and support additional sales initiatives as needed What You Need to Succeed Experience: Minimum 12 months in a sales or target-driven role. E.g., call centre, retail, or another customer-facing role (required). Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets in a similar role Customer Focus: Experience in selling to a diverse customer base Mindset: Positive, competitive, and self-motivated with a drive to consistently deliver results Accountability: Strong sense of personal ownership and a proactive approach to performance improvement Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
