Job Description
This is a challenging opportunity to join one of Ireland's largest financial companies as a Branch Advisor.
* Greet and engage with customers on the banking hall floor, enquiring about their needs and guiding them to the appropriate self-service options.
* Handle basic queries and complaints, directing customers to senior staff as required.
* Process cash and cheque lodgements at the Teller, balancing cash at the end of the day and managing levels throughout the day.
Key Requirements:
* Customer service experience with a high standard of service and demonstrated awareness of its importance.
* Resilience and hard work in a busy work environment.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced branch.
