Kildare.Job Overview:Michael Murphy Home Furnishings are now recruiting for a proactive and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will handle inbound calls across multiple digital channels and perform basic merchandising tasks on our website.This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a basic understanding of web merchandising. The Telesales Executive is responsible for delivering an exceptional experience for every customer resulting in increased sales and customer loyalty.Responsibilities and DutiesAchieve weekly sales targets and be knowledgeable on all online promotions and campaigns.Learn and keep updated on all the company’s products and service.Contact potential and existing customers by phone or email and provide customers with sale quotes.Manage inbound sales enquiries including phone calls, emails, web chat.Manage lead pipeline and track status of leads and quotes.Maintain a good relationship with every customer by providing support, information and guidance.Be honest and demonstrate integrity in the sales process.Ability to liaise with logistics departments to coordinate customer deliveries.Assist E-Commerce manager with merchandising categories from time to time.Qualifications and Skills2+ years of experience in sales in a commission-driven environment (preferred but not essential).Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.Polite telephone manner.The ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule which includes weekdays, and weekends, and bank holidays is required.Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.Strong IT skills and a willingness to learn new sales software programs including SAP, Microsoft Excel.Full training will be provided on IT systems including E-Commerce platforms.The desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment is key.BenefitsCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Generous staff discountsEducational Support Scheme / Career Development OpportunitiesFree Employee Assistance ProgrammeContinuous professional development with dedicated training resources
