The Role
* Carry out planned and reactive mechanical maintenance on automated production equipment
* Diagnose and repair mechanical faults to minimise downtime
* Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives across the site
* Work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure safe and efficient operations
* Maintain accurate maintenance records and comply with health & safety standards
The Person
* Time-served or qualified Maintenance Fitter
* Experience working within a manufacturing or production environment
* Strong mechanical fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* Some electrical ability desirable but not essential
* A team-focused, reliable and safety-conscious approach
* Comfortable working in a structured, high-standard production setting
