Basic Salary: £46,000 – £50,000 (flexibility depending on experience)
OTE: £55,000+
Bonus: 20% annually

We are representing a leading name in the landscaping and construction materials industry, renowned for high-quality garden and driveway paving, walling, and edging products. With a heritage dating back over 60 years, this manufacturer is part of a major international group supplying premium materials across the UK.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Area Landscaping Manager to join the team covering the South East region – from Hampshire up to Northamptonshire and across to Norfolk.
You’ll be responsible for developing and managing a network of approved landscaping installers, promoting a premium range of natural stone, porcelain, and concrete paving products. Key responsibilities include:
Building and supporting relationships with installers within the assured network
Conducting regular assessments to maintain installation quality standards
Identifying and recruiting new installers to expand the network
Promoting products and ensuring they are correctly represented on-site
Limited back-selling through merchants when required
This is a well-established and respected role within the landscaping sector, replacing a long-serving team member.
The Person
We’re looking for an ambitious individual with experience in selling landscaping or associated products. You’ll understand the needs of professional installers and the expectations of homeowners, combining commercial drive with strong relationship-building skills. A background in the installation of landscaping products would be of huge benefit.
