About the Role: You will work on complex structured finance matters, including: CLOs, RMBS, CMBS, and other securitisation structures Fund-linked structured products and repackagings Lending platforms and debt issuance programmes Cross-border structured finance and capital markets transactions You will advise top-tier clients across financial institutions, investment funds, and corporate borrowers, providing high-quality, commercially focused legal advice.
