We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the team. This position will require the successful candidate to be flexible for week & weekend workThis role requires full flexibility, including availability across weekdays and weekends, in line with business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the day-to-day management and smooth operation of the store, ensuring a high standard of performance at all timesDrive and deliver sales performance and KPI targets, leading by example on the shop floorMotivate, coach, and support the team to achieve both individual and store goalsDeliver an exceptional customer experience, creating a welcoming and engaging environmentAssist in leading, developing, and training team members to maximise performance and progressionOversee stock management, including deliveries, replenishment, and inventory controlSupport the execution of marketing initiatives, promotions, and overall store developmentMaintain a positive and collaborative atmosphere for customers, team members, and suppliersUphold high standards of visual merchandising and housekeeping in line with brand expectationsEnsure full compliance with health & safety, security, and company procedures at all timesContribute to and support social media activity to drive brand engagementDemonstrate a basic understanding of digital tools and AI-supported retail practices (e.g., reporting, stock insights, customer trends) to support decision-making and efficiencyThe Ideal Candidate Will PossessA minimum of 1 year’s experience in a supervisory or senior sales role within fashion retailThe ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environmentStrong visual merchandising skills with an eye for detail and presentationExperience with cash handling and daily operational processesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influenceA strong focus on customer service excellenceA proactive, hardworking, and results-driven attitudeThe ability to work collaboratively within a team while also taking initiativeComfortable using retail systems and open to learning new digital and AI-supported tools
