What we're looking for:You've owned new business growth while personally running and closing deals.Account management expertise, where you've successfully grown existing accounts.Ability to build a scalable sales engine, designing the end-to-end sales process and bringing predictability to forecasting.Leadership, where you've developed team members through coaching and structure.Compensation and progressionBase salary range of €70,000 - €90,000 with an OTE of €140,000 - €180,000.Deliver on the plan, and this role becomes a pathway to Chief Revenue Officer within 24–36 months.
