The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with:
* Property Inspections and Surveys: Conduct thorough site visits and measured surveys to gather accurate information about properties.
* Research and Analysis: Research and analyse comparable market data to provide informed valuation advice.
* Valuation Reports: Assist in drafting comprehensive valuation reports and supporting documentation.
* Comparable Transactions Database: Maintain and update a database of comparable transactions to ensure the accuracy of our valuation models.
