This is a community‑based role that requires:Full, clean driver’s licence and access to a carNMBI registration with an active PIN (mandatory)Experience in bowel and bladder carePrevious experience in home care, nursing home, or social care settings (preferred)Strong business sense to ensure client satisfaction and maintain brand reputationPositive, compassionate, and client‑focused attitudeWhat You’ll DoMeet with clients and families to assess needs and create tailored care and service plansConduct regular quality assurance visitsKeep accurate and up-to-date client records using IT systemsAssess competency of Home Healthcare Assistants in line with company policyCommunicate openly and effectively with office colleagues, healthcare workers, clients, and familiesCollaborate with community and acute multidisciplinary teams to manage home support packagesUphold company policies, procedures, and ethical standardsAttend the monthly National Bowel Care Steering Group meetings (online, one hour)Cover shifts for clients when required to support scheduling, if Home Healthcare Assistants are unavailablePerform other duties as necessary to ensure the highest standard of care
