The post holder will work closely with the leadership team to ensure the service is resilient and sustainable, with a well-supported team delivering high-quality interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
* To deliver advanced psychological assessments, formulations, and therapeutic interventions to children and adolescents referred to the service.
* Working closely with families and carers, contributing to service development, and providing supervision and consultation within the MDT.
* Leading by example, with a strong background in working with children and young people with co-morbid mental health needs.
* Collaborating effectively within a multi-disciplinary team to provide holistic support to clients.
Requirements:
* A Doctorate or equivalent in Clinical Psychology or related field.
* Professional registration with the relevant body.
* Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience, with at least 2 years at Senior level.
* Experience of assessing and providing a wide range of psychological interventions across the life span and care settings.
* Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team and to liaise effectively with other professionals.
