Store Manager – Ballina

As Store Manager, you'll have full ownership of the store's day-to-day operations and commercial performance. You'll lead from the front, build a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
The Role:
1. Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
2. Drive commercial performance through strong operational and visual standards
3. Deliver consistently high levels of customer service
4. Manage stock, merchandising, and overall store presentation
5. Recruit, train, and develop a motivated and engaged team
6. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards
The Ideal Candidate:
7. Experience as an Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager in a high-volume retail environment
8. Strong leadership and people-management skills
9. Commercially minded with a proven ability to drive sales and KPIs
10. Hands-on, organised, and customer-focused
