We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of a strong safety culture across our diverse services.
* Support the implementation of our health and safety strategy, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
* Advise on current and emerging health and safety legislation, identifying areas for improvement.
* Design and deliver training programs to promote a proactive and positive safety culture.
* Conduct audits and provide guidance to managers on best practices.
Key Qualifications and Skills
* NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent qualification in health and safety.
* Minimum 1 year's experience in a health and safety role or at least 2 years' experience in a related field.
* In-depth knowledge of health and safety legislation.
* Strong communication and influencing skills.
* Experience with audits, compliance, and risk assessments.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
