Part Time - Reception & Office Administrator
Ealga Lodge Nursing Home is seeking candidates to apply for this role which will be based in Shinrone, County Offaly.

Job description Summary
Working as part of a team, you will report to the Director of Nursing, assisting with the day-to-day operations of a Nursing Home.
Key responsibilities include:
* Processing rosters on a bi-weekly basis on the Time Management system
* Maintaining HR, training records and Resident and Employee files to regulatory standards
* Minute taking
* Issuing of Resident contracts and follow up
* Ordering stock requirements and checking off deliveries to documentation
* Supporting the finance team and Director of Nursing on administrative tasks
* Greeting visitors at Reception and managing phone calls and message taking
Candidate Requirements:
* At least 2 years' experience in a similar role within a busy office required.
* Proficient and experience in the use of excel, word, outlook, teams and computer packages
* Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and fellow employees.
* Good organisational and teamwork skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize
* Professional and focused approach, with attention to detail and strong ability to work on own initiative.
* Pro-active "Can Do" attitude, flexible and adaptable to change
* Confidentiality in the role essential
