About the Role
As Sales Administrator, you'll be the backbone of our sales department — making sure every new and used vehicle sale is processed accurately, efficiently, and with care. You'll support our Sales Executives and management team, help our customers enjoy a smooth buying experience, and keep everything running like clockwork behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
* Process all new and used vehicle orders accurately from start to finish.
* Prepare invoices, registration documents, and delivery paperwork.
* Liaise with Sales Executives, Service, and Accounts to ensure smooth communication and handovers.
* Maintain and update customer and vehicle records in our dealer management system.
* Coordinate with finance and insurance providers to ensure correct documentation is in place.
* Monitor stock levels and vehicle movements, ensuring records are always up to date.
* Assist in preparing vehicles for delivery and ensure customer packs are complete.
* Support with sales reporting, compliance checks, and general admin duties for the sales team.
* Complete general ad hoc administration duties as and when required.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a similar Sales Administration role (motor trade experience an advantage, but not essential).
* Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
* Ability to work accurately in a busy environment and meet deadlines.
* A genuine interest in providing top-quality customer service.
* Full clean driver's licence preferred.
