Job Summary:
This part-time opportunity is open to candidates with experience in finance, particularly in areas such as invoice processing and bank reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts.
* Banks, balance sheets, intercompany, and GL account reconciliations.
* Process invoices from suppliers and issue client invoices.
* Prepare and file VAT returns for ROI and NI.
* Assist in the preparation of production cost reports.
* Month-end journals including prepayments and accruals.
* Manage the supplier payment cycle.
* Monitor and manage outstanding receivables.
* Prepare and submit accurate payroll data to outsourced provider.
* Ad-hoc duties as required.
Key Skills
* 2+ years experience in a similar role.
* No specific qualification required; however, being qualified in IATI or having partial qualifications in ACA, ACCA, CIMA, etc. can be advantageous.
* Knowledge of Irish and UK tax regulations is highly desirable.
* Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
