This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for a commercially driven professional with a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning and proven experience leading, developing and motivating high-performing teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth, operational excellence and adviser performance across the region.About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Performance and Operations Manager to lead the development, growth and operational effectiveness of a regional wealth management office. This is a broad leadership role with responsibility for business performance, adviser development, operational excellence and strategic growth. You will work closely with advisers and support teams to drive productivity, improve client outcomes and ensure the successful delivery of regional business plans. The role would suit an individual with strong experience in wealth management, financial advice or professional services who combines commercial acumen with strong people leadership and operational capability. Key Responsibilities:Business Leadership & GrowthCreate and deliver regional business plans aligned to strategic objectivesDrive profitable growth, adviser productivity and Funds Under Management (FUM)Monitor business performance and deliver against P&L targetsIdentify opportunities for organic growth, cross-selling and client retentionSupport local marketing initiatives and development of professional introducer relationshipsAdviser & Team DevelopmentLead, coach and support advisers and operational staff across the regionManage recruitment, succession planning and capability developmentConduct regular performance reviews and implement development plansBuild a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, accountability and client outcomesProvide guidance through challenging conversations and change initiativesOperational ExcellenceDrive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiativesSupport technology adoption, user acceptance testing and process implementationDevelop scalable regional operating models and hub integrationEnsure robust MI reporting, benchmarking and performance analysisPromote consistency and best practice across teams and processesRisk & GovernanceIdentify business quality, operational and compliance risksSupport adherence to regulatory requirements and internal governance frameworksMaintain strong oversight of advice standards and client outcomesAbout You The ideal candidate will be a confident and credible leader with strong experience within wealth management or financial advice.
