Senior Infrastructure Cost Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Senior Infrastructure Cost Manager to join our team in Dublin. This is a pivotal commercial role, managing the financial success of major Transport, Water, and Civils infrastructure programmes across Ireland.
As a Senior Infrastructure Cost Manager, you will be instrumental in providing expert cost advice and commercial management from a project's inception to its completion. You will lead projects, build strong client relationships, and ensure meticulous cost control, contractual precision, and profitable delivery for some of Ireland's most significant infrastructure developments.
Main Responsibilities:
• Commercial Leadership: Lead on all cost and commercial aspects of major infrastructure projects and programmes.
• Cost Planning: Develop detailed cost plans for large-scale civil projects.
• Contract Administration: Administer complex contracts including procurement tendering diligent valuation negotiation claims
• Risk Management Proactively identify assess mitigate risks throughout lifecycle
• Reporting Prepare accurate insightful financial reports statements internal client stakeholders
* Liaise with clients design teams contractors project managers acting trusted advisor
* Mentor junior members team contributing professional development
