Key Responsibilities
* Managing a sales team of 4
* Mentor, train, motivate and set targets for the team
* Weekly team meetings
* Achieve your own set targets
* Manage and maintain existing business as well as developing and nurturing new business
* Developing packages for online/digital and print banner ads
* Responsible for getting the paper to target
* Responsible for pitches and proposals
What Skills You Need for this Sales Job
* Print media experience
* Online advertising experience and tech savvy along with Social Media
* Sales experience
* Experience in managing a team
* Full Driving Licence and own car is essential
What's on Offer
This Job comes with a basic salary of 45-50k along with commission and an ote of circa 80k. You also get Pension and free parking in Galway City.
