Employment Solicitor
A busy, successful mid-tier Dublin law practice is now seeking an employment solicitor for their expanding team. The candidate has at least one year of experience in employment law. However, those with even more experience should also get in touch
Responsibilities
* Advising clients on a wide range of employment law matters, including employment contracts, policies and procedures, redundancies and unfair dismissals
* Taking instructions and managing employment caseload in the Workplace Relations Commission and in courts, to include drafting complaints and pleadings, liaising with counsel and management of case files to conclusion
* Working independently and with employment team members on a variety of employment matters
* Interpreting, analysing and advising clients on relevant employment case law and legislation
* Management of the client relationship
Requirements
* Minimum of one plus years' PQE in employment law
* Strong case management and drafting skills
* Highly organised with a proven ability to manage a busy caseload
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Client-focused, empathetic and professional approach
* Qualification and/or relevant experience in GDPR is desirable, although not essential, for those interested.
