CNC Operator Shannon | Permanent | Day Shift A well-established precision engineering manufacturer in Shannon is expanding its production team and is currently seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join their day shift operation. The successful candidate will play a key role in producing high-quality precision components, ensuring work is completed to specification and within tolerance. Key Responsibilities Operate and set CNC milling machines in line with production requirements Interpret technical engineering drawings and apply GD&T principles Select and monitor cutting tools and machining parameters Perform in-process inspection using micrometres, thread gauges, vernier calipers and pin gauges Maintain accurate quality standards and documentation Contribute positively within a team-focused production environment Skills and Experience Proven experience as a CNC milling operator or setter Strong knowledge of machining practices, tooling and materials Experience with Siemens, Fanuc or Hurco controls would be advantageous, with training provided High attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Apply now or contact Kerry Rickard on for a confidential discussion.
