We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Financial Advisor to join our financial advisory team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing client relationships, providing comprehensive financial advice and driving strategic wealth management solutions.
This role will be suited to individuals who are highly organised, target and process driven and has the ability to multi-task while working accurately and calmly under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop life, pension and investment business from the firms existing client base and from proactively sourcing new clients.
* Identify cross-selling opportunities and contribute to the firm's growth targets.
* Achieve revenue/business targets while working to the expected high standards of professionalism and best advice at all times.
* Assess, analyse and provide professional advice based on clients’ financial circumstances, needs and objectives.
* Build and maintain long-term trusted relationships with clients through regular communication and reviews.
* Provide regular portfolio reviews and performance updates with recommendations for adjustments.
* Manage pipeline and applications of new business from start to finish.
* Onboard new clients.
* Conduct presentations for group pension scheme members.
* Quotations/ Processing new business applications/ renewals (Personal, Executive, Group).
* Ensuring all files are Compliant and in line with current regulations.
* Stay current on market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes.
* Assist junior advisors and support staff when required.
* Assist in training new hires and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
* Ad Hoc Queries/ Duties/ Projects as required.

Minimum Requirements:
* 5+ years’ experience essential in financial advisory services or wealth management.
* Expert knowledge of investments, pensions and protection products.
* Knowledge of group pension an advantage but not essential.
* Mortgage experience an advantage but not essential.
* Knowledge of Compliance and AML requirements essential.
* Expert understanding of investment products and pension planning, tax strategies and estate planning.
* Proven ability to identify customer needs and make recommendations in relation to Life, Pensions and Investment requirements.
* Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to set personal goals and targets.
* Self-starter with high motivation and the ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
* Results-driven and objective focused.
* Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
* Excellent knowledge of MS software package.
