Main duties of the job
As a Maintenance Coordinator at Avery Healthcare, your focus will be to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents and team members, ensure the smooth running of the facilities, and maintain a good standard of general upkeep for the building. You will have a solid understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, as well as an understanding of safety and fire safety systems. Support the maintenance needs of our homes by resolving concerns promptly, engaging with contractors, managing emergencies, and supervising maintenance staff where applicable.
About you

You must have a solid understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, along with safety and fire safety systems. The ability to make responsible decisions in the best interest of residents is essential.

* Successful candidates will require an ADBS Disclosure check, at their expense.
* Proof of eligibility to work in the UK is necessary.
